Accredited-investor members from all corners of the business community have joined together to pool capital resources and business connections under the umbrella of the Alleghenies Angel Fund, LLC, formed for the purpose of investing in entrepreneurs in Pennsylvania, preferably the Alleghenies Region.

Formed in June 2019, the Alleghenies Angel Fund is comprised of 50 individuals and families as well as a number of institutional members. The current Fund is now closed to membership. A new fund may be organized at a later date.
